PRODUCTS & SOURCING

Choosing a product.

What color cosmetics can I ask Dolphinmac about?

Our current category pages cover lip gloss and lip oil, lip liner, lipstick, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner, eyeshadow and foundation. The exact styles, shades and availability are checked against current supplier information when you share a brief.

Is Dolphinmac the factory that manufactures every product?

Dolphinmac coordinates product sourcing through partner suppliers. The manufacturing facility and production route depend on the selected product. We confirm the relevant supplier and product details for your inquiry rather than presenting every item as made in a Dolphinmac-owned factory.

Do you sell makeup packaging or empty containers separately?

This site focuses on finished color cosmetics. Some product projects may include discussion of branding or packaging options, but standalone packaging supply is not assumed. Please specify whether you need finished makeup, components or both so we can confirm what is available.

PRIVATE LABEL & CUSTOMIZATION

Making it yours.

Can I put my brand name on a product?

Branding options such as logo printing may be available for selected products through suppliers. Printing method, artwork requirements, packaging and minimum quantities vary by SKU and need to be confirmed before an order.

Can you create a custom formula or shade?

Do not assume that every ready product supports formula or shade development. Tell us what you need and we will check whether the relevant supplier can support it for that product, including any sample, testing, quantity or timing implications.

What is the difference between private label, OEM and ODM?

These terms are used differently by suppliers. In general, a project may use an existing product with your branding, adapt selected product details, or involve more extensive development. We will describe the actual scope available for the selected item in writing before you proceed.

SAMPLES, QUOTES & ORDERS

Planning the project.

What information should I include in an inquiry?

Share the product category and format, target market, shade or finish direction, branding or packaging needs, estimated quantity range and target launch timing. A reference photo or product sample can help clarify the request.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no single MOQ that applies to every category. Minimum quantities can vary with product, shade count, packaging, decoration and supplier. We confirm the applicable minimum in the project quotation.

Can I review a sample before placing a production order?

Sample availability depends on the product and supplier. Ask for the sample route, any sample or courier charges, and the approval steps for your selected item. Do not approve bulk production until the final specification is clear.

How long will sampling and production take?

Timing depends on whether the selected product is currently available, the sample and artwork approvals, packaging, quantity and production plan. We provide a project-specific estimate after checking those details.

How do I get a price quote?

Use the contact form with your product brief and quantity range. Pricing depends on the selected product, customization, packaging, quantity and delivery destination; the team will confirm a quotation for the specific request.

DOCUMENTS & DESTINATION MARKETS

Confirm before launch.

What product or compliance documents can you provide?

Available documents depend on the exact SKU, supplier and destination market. Tell us where you plan to sell, then request the applicable documents for review before making regulatory, safety or performance claims.

Can you confirm that a product is FDA approved?

We do not describe cosmetics as FDA approved. U.S. cosmetic requirements depend on the product, responsible parties, labeling and applicable rules. Ask for product-specific information and have your U.S. compliance obligations reviewed before import or sale.

Can you ship to the United States?

Destination, shipping method, costs, documentation and delivery timing are confirmed for the selected products and order. Include your delivery country and, if known, destination ZIP code when requesting a quote.

HAVE A PROJECT IN MIND?

Ask us about your brief.

Send your target market, product category and estimated quantity. We will check the matching options with supplier partners.

WORKING TOGETHER

What happens next.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

We read the brief and check the product categories, shades, packaging direction and quantities you described against current supplier information. You then receive the matching options, and where relevant the sample route and a project-specific quotation. Each stage is confirmed in writing before the next one starts.

Can I include several products in one inquiry?

Yes. List the categories you are considering and mark which one matters most for the launch. Each SKU is reviewed separately, because availability, minimum quantities, samples and timing can differ between products even within the same category.

Do you confirm the specification before production starts?

Yes. Specification, shade references, labels, commercial terms and the production schedule are aligned before an order proceeds. Bulk production is not started on an unclear or unapproved specification.

Which page should I read first if I am new to private label?

Start with the private label overview for the project path, then open the category page closest to your idea—lip gloss, lipstick, foundation or eyeshadow. When you have one or two directions, send them through the contact form.
